JORDAN FISHER

Site Superintendent

Jordan’s journey into construction began with a strong drive to build stability and grow a meaningful career. After serving as a light infantry medic in the U.S. Army, Jordan operated within one of the most professional organizations, where he learned the essential qualities of discipline, teamwork, and mission focus. His early interest in real estate investing sparked the desire to understand every layer of the construction-renovation process, which led him to pursue a hands-on career in construction management.

Jordan helped run Denver’s top bathroom remodeling company and a successful kitchen remodeling company, working closely with the owner as part of a two-man team. He later managed federal renovation and infrastructure projects in the Washington, D.C. area, coordinating field operations across a range of construction job sites. His success in these roles, supported by strong feedback from supervisors and government clients, eventually guided him to Forte Construction. He was drawn to their supportive, family-oriented culture, specialization in single-family home construction, and proven track record in a highly competitive construction environment.

Originally from Guam and strongly rooted in his Catholic faith, Jordan thrives in high-energy physical environments, which is why he enjoys staying active such as hunting and hiking with dogs and mixed martial arts, particularly Muay Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu grappling, with salsa dancing and cooking as his creative outlets. Whether he’s perfecting a recipe for top-tier nutrition or managing a job site, Jordan thrives on discipline, simplicity, and continual growth.
